A Bucks County nonprofit has selected a Warminster property as the first site of an initiative designed to create permanently affordable rental housing for local families.
Angel Housing Solutions purchased and refurbished a four-unit property where three market-rate rentals will subsidize a two-bedroom, one-bath home for a single mother and her two young children. Each unit includes its own laundry facilities and yard.
